Do you have pick up store request for online orders

Yes, we do have pick-up option available. While placing an order, opt for Store Pick-up. And show the order number at the store counter to receive your order. Cash & card payment both are available for store-pickup.

How much is the delivery charge?

Free Delivery is provided for all orders above AED 150 and AED 15 delivery fee will be charged for any orders below AED 150. We do have instant shipping service as well and charges are AED 35. Instant shipping can be done between 2hours to 36 hours.

How do I track my order?

Once the order has been placed you can ask our expert on whatsapp (+971502119576) to provide tracking number for your order.

How do I pay for my purchase?

We accept payments through Cash and Master Card & Visa – debit & credit cards. All payments will be processed in ‘AED’. There are no charges of order on Cash on delivery. Kindly note the delivery associate do not carry card machine with them. Card payment on delivery is not available. However you can ask our expert to provide you payment link on your whatsapp to make payment online for your order.

What are your store timings and location?

We are located in Umm Ramool Dubai, 7B Street, Dubai.

Our timings are:
10:00am to 7:00pm – Monday to Saturday.
