White Lake Chocolate Powder



To be added to the mass of the product. As they are not water-soluble, there is less risk of the colour running to the other parts of the same product. They can be used to colour food coatings or fillings, chocolates, hard sweets, candies, sugared almonds, chewing gums, etc. Preservation: The container must be closed after use, keeping it in a fresh dry place. In these conditions, the shelf life is 5 years. Colour: White. Available in 25 g and 100 g.
