Gelatine is a pure Collagen protein.
Ingredients: 100% gelatine (Bovine).
Use:
- 12 white edible gelatine sheets to gel with 1 liter of liquid.
- Soak required gelatine sheets separately for approximately 5-7 minutes in cold water.
- Remove and gently squeeze out excess water
- Warm dishes: Add squeezed out gelatine stirring until completely dissolved.
- Cold Dishes: (eg. cream) Slightly heat squeezed out gelatine stirring until completely dissolved. Do not boil. Slowly add cold mixture to gelatine. (Must follow directions in this order.) Cool mixture for at least 4 hours before serving. Gelatine fit for human consumption.
