A chocolate transfer sheet is a flexible plastic sheet that has been covered with cocoa butter and powdered food coloring that is used to make great designs on chocolates. The transfer sheet works with heat from your chocolate (melted) to release the design onto the chocolate as the chocolate sets and the design is embossed and leaves a finished appearance and distinctive touch.
Storage Condition: Temperature 16-20 degree celsius & Relative humidity <55%. The product should be protected from air, light & stored in an odorless place.
