Lactofil is a whipped cream analogue, it is a premium sweetened whip topping with a delicious taste. When whipped, it makes an ideal filling/topping for all types of cakes and pastries.
Lactofil is versatile in use and will take the addition of colours/flavours for greater variety. Lactofil will whip to over 3 times its own volume and is freeze/thaw stable. For good results whip Lactofil at +5 degree celsius at medium speed for about 3-5 minutes.
