Description
E171 FREE SWEET ARTIST CHOCOLATE TRANSFER SHEETS A4 (25 sheets)
The food additive titanium dioxide (E171) has not been permitted for use in the EU as of August 2022.
These new formula transfer sheets have been specifically developed without the use of E171, to comply with EU-regulations regarding E171 (titanium dioxide) used as a food additive.
Create your own chocolate transfers using our E171-Free Chocolate Transfer sheets. Print your chosen design onto the transfer sheets; pictures, logos or patterns work well. Leave the transfer sheet to dry and simply pour on melted chocolate. Full instructions can be found below.
Used by professional chocolatiers, hotel chefs and home bakers – these cocoa butter based sheets can be used to create branded chocolates for events or adding unique personalized printed chocolate elements to show-stopping desserts!
